SCCC and its subsidiaries are committed to the highest standards of integrity and depend on its employees and other stakeholders, both internal and external, to report violations or potential violations of the Group Code of Business Conduct, unlawful conduct, unethical conduct towards business partners, bullying, harassment, or human rights violations so that the company can take appropriate action and remedy the situation.

This channel is open to:

• Employees at all levels, directors and management of the Group
• Contractors, sub-contractors and their workers
• Suppliers, business partners, joint-venture partners, and any person who represents or performs work on behalf of the Group
• External stakeholders such as customers, shareholders, communities near our operations, and members of the public. You do not need to be an employee of the Group to report.

The Company strictly maintains the confidentiality of the incident and the details of the whistleblower. Whistleblowers, whether internal or external, can report actual or suspected violations anonymously. They shall be protected from any retaliation at all times, including the cases of suspicious misconduct, which have been reported in good faith but proven false later. However, the whistleblowers are encouraged to submit factual information, as far as possible, for a thorough and meaningful investigation.

Reports received will be reviewed by the Screening Committee to verify the facts and conduct an investigation in accordance with the established procedures. The investigation results will be reported to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
