The Company strictly maintains the confidentiality of the incident and the details of the whistleblower. The whistleblowers can report actual or suspected violations anonymously. They shall be protected from any retaliation at all times, including the cases of suspicious misconduct, which have been reported in good faith but proven false later. However, the whistleblowers are encouraged to submit factual information, as far as possible, for a thorough and meaningful investigation
